THE FIRM
‘Xavier Jordana Advocats’ is a first-class independent law firm in the Principality of Andorra. Founded in 1996 by lawyer and former Judge Xavier Jordana, then immediately joined by lawyer Sònia Ruiz, the firm has consolidated its presence in Andorra with a strict focus on the practice of the primary branches of law: civil, criminal, administrative and constitutional.
We provide legal services to individual clients, national and international companies and public institutions. On an international level we provide advice on activities in national, international and cross-border contexts.

The firm is made up of a team of senior lawyers led by Xavier Jordana, with a long professional career and in-depth knowledge of Andorran law and society. Our team have a proven capacity and adaptability to deal with all kinds of cases, including those of great legal complexity, and also in transactions of significant size.
